LOW opened in October 2025 as a continuation of OWL, marking a new phase of independent cultural activity in Harrogate.

The space will platform music, clothing, records and objects. It will host events, installations and collaborations with artists, designers and labels.

LOW functions as a gallery, venue and label. Programming evolves with the people involved and the energy of the moment.

Its focus is on quality, relevance and connection — creating a context where things can be experienced, not just consumed.
